Groups with 1 or 2 employees: Premier Blue Option 2 is available.
Blue Cross also offers a very limited dental add on to health coverage called Essential Dental Premier Blue Option 1
Groups with 3 or more employees are eligible for Both Blue Cross Dental and Delta Dental plans
If you decide to enroll in Blue Cross Dental, the following must be returned to GNAC no later than the 25th of the month, for coverage to be effective the 1st of the following month:
If you already have Blue Cross Health and are adding Dental, you will need to complete and return an Amendment to Sales Agreement form along with 1 month's premium for the dental.
